President Bola Tinubu has authorized the appointment of Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack because the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HoCSF), with impact from August 14, 2024.
In response to a press release by Presidential spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale, on Wednesday evening, Mrs. Walson-Jack was appointed as Federal Everlasting Secretary in 2017 and had served in a number of Ministries.
“The brand new appointee will take over from the incumbent Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, who is because of retire on August 13, 2024.
“President Tinubu, whereas thanking the outgoing Head of Service for her stewardship, duties the incoming Head of Service to discharge her duties with progressive aptitude, integrity, and stringent adherence to the extant guidelines and rules of the Civil Service of the Federation,” he added.
