The Nationwide Open College of Nigeria (NOUN) has addressed the intricacies surrounding the scholar loans for its college students.
Vice Chancellor of the Establishment, Prof. Olufemi Peters expressed issues over some deceptive statements and feedback indicating that college students of NOUN should not eligible to take part in pupil mortgage scheme.
