Deputy Speaker of the Home of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, has expressed what he known as ‘an extravagant gratitude’ to the President Bola Tinubu, for signing the South-East Growth Fee (SEDC) Invoice into regulation, thereby approving the creation of the interventionist fee.

It will likely be recalled that the Invoice was sponsored by Kalu and all of the lawmakers from the South-East area within the Home of Representatives.
