A Germany-based Ghanaian singer Queenlet has introduced her plan to start a singing marathon to set a Guinness World Record (GWR) for the longest singing marathon by a person.
The announcement follows a recent scandal involving Chef Smith, who falsely claimed a GWR certificates, tarnishing Ghana’s popularity globally.
Queenlet took to social media to unveil her bold plan. In keeping with her, she plans to embark on a sing-a-thon occasion in Hamburg, Germany, scheduled to begin from July 21 to July 26, 2024.
Her purpose is to surpass the present file holder, Sunil Waghmare, who sang constantly for 105 hours in Nagpur, India, from March 3 to 7, 2012.
She wrote;
“It’s an unbelievable honor to be given the chance to try a Guinness World File! It’s a privilege to be acknowledged by such a prestigious group and to have the prospect to push my limits and see what I’m actually able to. I’m so excited to share this journey with everybody and hopefully encourage others to chase their very own desires, irrespective of how huge or small.I’m please calling on everybody to assist me all through this journey. Thanks
