A complete of 190 Nigerians have been repatriated by the Federal Authorities from the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
In line with a press release by the Nationwide Emergency Administration Company (NEMA), signed by its Director Basic, North Central Zone, Bashir Garga, on Tuesday, the returnees have been obtained on the Nnamdi Azikiwe Worldwide Airport, Abuja at 5:57 am by a mixed crew of presidency officers led by NEMA.
NEMA mentioned the returnees have been profiled and documented by the related companies, and sensitised to “behave with decorum and duty” on their return to Nigeria.
“The federal authorities urges all Nigerians, wherever they might be, to behave as exemplary ambassadors of their nation, upholding the basic values of patriotism, rule of legislation, decency and integrity.”
It might be recalled that the Federal Authorities additionally repatriated a complete of 542 from UAE in October 2022.
