A prime politician and a former Commissioner for Greater Training in Delta State, Joan Onyemachi Mrapkpor, popularly often known as ‘Ada Anioma’, has been kidnapped by unknown individuals.
Mrapkpor, who’s a former member of the Federal Home of Representatives, was kidnapped inside her church throughout church service.
LEADERSHIP gathered that the incident occurred proper contained in the church, situated off Delta Broadcasting Service (DBS) in Asaba, the capital of Delta State.
An eyewitness mentioned: “There was a commotion inside her church near police headquarters, DBS Highway.
“All of us ran as a result of heavy gun capturing. It simply occurred about a couple of minutes in the past; one aide was shot lifeless, and a safety personnel is unconscious now.”
In the meantime, the Delta State Police Command’s spokesman, SP Shiny Edafe, has confirmed the kidnapping and casualty concerned.
