The Sokoto/Zamfara Command of the Nigeria Customs Service, has auctioned seized 55,164 litres of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), according to extant legal guidelines and the approval of the Comptroller Common of Customs, Mr Bashir Adeniyi.
The PMS, popularly generally known as petrol was auctioned to most people at a token of N180 per liter.
The Space Controller, Comptroller Kamal Muhammed, who disclosed this whereas addressing newsmen on the Command headquarters in Sokoto, put the Obligation Paid Worth of the seized merchandise at about N39 million.
