Chelsea have formally introduced the signing of Danish goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen from Spanish La Liga membership Villarreal.
Jorgensen joins the Blues on a seven-year contract till 2031, and can hyperlink up together with his new teammates throughout their summer time tour within the USA.
The 22-year-old made his senior debut for Villarreal B in October 2020 and shortly began coaching with the first-team squad.
He made his first-team debut in December 2021 in a Copa del Rey match, and his La Liga debut adopted in January 2023.
Forward of the 2023/24 season, Jorgensen established himself as Villarreal’s primary goalkeeper.
