A former President of the (NAAPE), Issac Balami Affiliation of Plane Pilots and Engineers (NAAPE), Issac Balami, on Tuesday, mentioned he’ll workforce up together with his mates to empower 160 certified Nigerians in several aviation trainings by means of the Isaac Balami Basis (IBF).
