State governors have been requested to concern God and utilise the N570 billion allotted to them by President Bola Tinubu on youth and girls improvement programmes to alleviate the sufferings and hardship being encountered within the nation.
The decision was made on Friday by a stalwart of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kano State, Musa Kwankwaso whereas addressing newsmen.
He warned that in the event that they refuse to heed to his recommendation and misuse the funds or divert them for private greed, posterity would choose them.
“On the N570 billion given to the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory the governors and the directors ought to concern God as a result of posterity is not going to forgive them in the event that they mismanage the funds or divert it for his or her private use.
“They need to utilise it in employment of youths and girls of their respective states of the nation.
“States ought to emulate the Ebonyi State authorities which doled out N1 million every to 13,000 folks to allow them begin their small-scale companies and thus spent over N13 billion on empowerment,” he acknowledged.
Talking on those that allegedly instigated the nationwide protests, he described them as enemies of the nation whose actions have political undertone.
He acknowledged that they solely did what they did to point out their hatred and enmity to President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima.
