Rosemary Chukwuma has sealed her place within the semi-finals of the Women’s 100m race on the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Chukwuma completed third in her preliminary spherical with a time of 11.26 seconds.
Ewa Swoboda of Poland received the race with a season’s better of 10.99 seconds, whereas Dina Asher-Smith of america got here second at 11.01 seconds.
The Nigerian is one in every of three African ladies advancing to the semi-finals.
She joins Marie-Josée Ta Lou of Ivory Coast, who clocked 10.87 seconds, and Gina Bass of Gambia, who completed with a time of 11.01 seconds.
The Girls’s 100m semi-finals are scheduled for six:30PM on Saturday.
