The Hon. Martins Amaewhule-led Rivers State Home of Meeting, loyal to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Chief Nyesom Wike, has shut down expenditure from the state’s consolidated income fund.

Others are the Auditor-Common of Rivers State, the Chairman of Income, Allocation, Mobilisation and Fiscal Fee (RMFARC), the Accountant-Common of the Federation, and the managing administrators of Zenith Financial institution and Entry Financial institution.
The chief of the Home, Hon. Main Jack, had throughout plenary yesterday drawn the Home‘s consideration to the truth that, given the mixed provisions of Sections 121 and 122 of the Structure of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as altered, Fubara has continued to violate the Structure by spending from the state’s consolidated income fund with out an Appropriation Regulation.
