France striker Olivier Giroud has formally introduced his retirement from worldwide soccer on the age of 37.
The veteran ahead shared the information on his X account, marking the top of an illustrious worldwide profession.
“Essentially the most dreaded second has arrived: saying goodbye to the France nationwide crew,” Giroud wrote.
Giroud’s resolution follows France’s semi-final exit at Euro 2024 and his imminent transfer to MLS aspect LAFC.
